2. Purposes of Processing
The data provided will be processed for the following purposes:

Contact and Appointment Management: Responding to requests for information, clarifications, or scheduling Optometry, Ophthalmology, and Contactology appointments with maximum speed.

Compliance with Legal Obligations: Fulfilling tax, administrative, or clinical record obligations before the competent authorities.

Marketing Communications: Sending newsletters about news and exclusive brands for our community, provided that the user has given their express consent.
3. Data Retention
The information provided will be kept for a maximum period of 24 months, unless there is a legal or judicial obligation (namely the filing of clinical records and medical prescriptions) that requires its maintenance for a longer period.
